Will this affect my vehicle warranty?

No. Normal use of PowerBridge Pro does not automatically void your vehicle warranty.

PowerBridge Pro is an external portable power device. It does not modify your vehicle’s battery, wiring, hardware, software, firmware, or BMS, and communicates through the vehicle’s existing CCS interface.

RoamEnergy has supported 20,000+ EV owners globally, and we have not received reports of customers losing their EV battery warranty due to normal PowerBridge use.

Is PowerBridge Pro waterproof?

No. PowerBridge Pro is not waterproof. Keep the unit, cables, and connectors dry. Use it in a covered, dry, and well-ventilated location.

Is PowerBridge Pro safe to use with my EV?

Yes. PowerBridge Pro connects through your compatible EV’s existing CCS interface and requires no vehicle modification, rewiring, or permanent installation.

Built-in protections include overload, over-temperature, short-circuit, under-voltage, and over-voltage protection, plus an adjustable minimum battery reserve to help protect your EV’s remaining driving range.

Always follow the user manual and rated output limits.

Do I need installation or electrical modifications?

Any connection to household wiring, a switchboard, transfer equipment, or other fixed electrical systems must be designed and installed by a qualified licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical requirements.

How does shipping work?

PowerBridge Pro ships directly to Australia from our manufacturing facility. Shipping and applicable import taxes are included in the price, so there are no additional shipping or import charges at delivery.
