We want you to be confident using RoamEnergy. This page covers our 30-day return policy and 12-month limited warranty for the RoamEnergy Tesla EV Discharger.

Returns (30-day)
- Return window: 30 days from delivery.
- Condition: like-new, with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. No signs of misuse, liquid ingress, burns, or modification.
- Authorization: an RMA is required before sending anything back.
- Return shipping: customer pays for change-of-mind returns; if DOA/defective on arrival within 30 days, we’ll provide a prepaid label after verification.
- Non-returnable: clearance items, heavily used/abused units, items missing serial labels, and gift cards.
Refunds
- Timing: issued after inspection at our facility.
- Method: to the original payment method.
- Deductions: original shipping fees are non-refundable; missing parts or damage may incur a restocking fee.
Limited Warranty (12 months)
Covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for 12 months from date of delivery.
- Covered: manufacturing defects and failures under normal 120V operation (up to 3,500W), following the user manual.
- Not covered: misuse or abuse; overloading beyond rated power; backfeeding a home panel without a proper transfer switch; liquid damage; unauthorized opening/modification; damage from third-party accessories; cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
- Remedy: at our option we will repair, replace with a new or equivalent unit, or refund.
Safety notes: This North American model outputs 120V AC only. Do not connect 240V-only appliances. Operate while the vehicle is in Park, ensure ventilation, and follow all instructions.
How to File a Return or Warranty Claim
- Prepare: your order number, product serial (if available), photos/video of the issue, and a brief description.
- Contact: submit via Contact Us (fastest). We’ll troubleshoot and issue an RMA if eligible.
- Pack & ship: include all accessories and the RMA number inside the box. Use a trackable service.
- We’ll inspect and process your refund/replacement per the policy above.
