Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from RoamEnergy. If for any reason you’re not, we’re here to help.

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment (Unshipped Orders)

If your order has been paid for but not yet shipped, you may request a cancellation.
A 5% cancellation fee applies to cover irreversible payment processing fees and administrative costs.

2. Order Cancellation After Fulfillment or While In Transit

If your order has already been fulfilled, shipped, or handed to the carrier, cancellation is still possible but will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Shipping fees paid to the carrier are non-refundable.

If a package is refused at delivery, it will be processed as a return under Section 3.

3. Returns Within 30 Days of Delivery

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

For non-defective returns:

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 10% restocking fee applies to cover inspection, repackaging, refurbishment (if needed), and non-refundable payment processing fees.

For verified defective items:

  • RoamEnergy covers the return shipping cost.

  • No restocking fee will be charged.

  • A replacement or full refund will be issued.

All returned items must be unused, undamaged, clean, and include all original accessories and packaging.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the approval status.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product first and place a new order.

6. Warranty Claims

RoamEnergy products include a 1-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
To initiate a warranty claim, please email support@roamenergy.tech with your order number, issue description, and photos/videos of the issue.
