RoamEnergy Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, ship, and deliver your orders placed through roamenergy.tech.


1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders or unexpected delays, we’ll notify you by email.


2. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We ship primarily through FedEx, UPS, and USPS, depending on your delivery location and order size.
For large or bulk orders, we may use specialized freight carriers.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions — details will be displayed at checkout.

For pre-launch or promotional events, such as Kickstarter or affiliate offers, shipping terms will follow the conditions shown on the campaign or product page.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment

  • Canada: 7–14 business days

  • International: 10–20 business days (varies by customs processing time)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or customs clearance.


5. Order Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link.
If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of purchase, please contact support@roamenergy.tech.


6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before submitting your order.
We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed over to the carrier, it becomes their responsibility.
However, if your package arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will help file a carrier claim or send a replacement if applicable.


8. International Duties and Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product or shipping cost.


9. Pre-Orders and Back-Orders

For products marked as pre-order or back-order, estimated shipping dates are indicated on the product page.
We’ll notify you of any significant changes to your delivery schedule.
