We want you to feel confident buying from RoamEnergy®. This page explains our 30-day return policy and 12-month limited warranty for the RoamEnergy® PowerBridge Standard (Gen 1).

Returns (30 Days)

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: Product must be returned in like-new condition with all accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Items showing misuse, liquid ingress, burns, or modification are not eligible.
  • Authorization: An RMA is required before any return is sent back.
  • Return shipping: For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. For DOA or verified defects reported within 30 days, we will provide a prepaid return label after review.
  • Non-returnable items: Clearance items, heavily used or abused units, items missing serial labels, and gift cards.

Refunds

  • Timing: Refunds are issued after the returned item is received and inspected at our facility.
  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Deductions: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Missing parts, accessory loss, or return damage may result in a restocking deduction.

Limited Warranty (12 Months)

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for 12 months from the date of delivery.

  • Covered: Manufacturing defects and functional failures during normal 120V operation, up to 3,500W, when the product is used according to the user manual.
  • Not covered: Misuse, abuse, operation beyond rated power, backfeeding a home panel without a proper transfer switch, liquid damage, unauthorized opening or modification, damage caused by third-party accessories, and cosmetic wear that does not affect function.
  • Remedy: At our discretion, we may repair the product, replace it with a new or equivalent unit, or issue a refund.

Safety note: This North American model outputs 120V AC only. Do not connect 240V-only appliances. Always operate while the vehicle is in Park, ensure proper ventilation, and follow all user instructions.

How to File a Return or Warranty Claim

  1. Prepare your information: Order number, product serial number (if available), photos or video of the issue, and a short description.
  2. Contact us: Submit your request through Contact Us. We will review the issue, troubleshoot if needed, and issue an RMA when applicable.
  3. Pack and ship: Include all accessories and place the RMA number inside the box. Please use a trackable shipping service.
  4. Inspection and resolution: Once received, we will inspect the product and process the repair, replacement, or refund based on the policy above.
