RoamEnergy does not provide on-site repair or user repair service for this warranty plan. If a covered issue is approved under our warranty review, we will provide replacement support instead of repair.

What’s Included

• Extends the included warranty from 1 year to a total of 2 years
• Coverage period starts from the original product purchase date
• Applies to the original RoamEnergy EV PowerBridge Pro (Gen 2)
• Replacement support for eligible approved warranty claims
• Priority support for warranty-related service requests

What’s Not Covered

• Misuse, abuse, or improper operation
• Unauthorized modification, disassembly, or repair attempts
• Water damage, environmental exposure, or external accidents
• Cosmetic damage or normal wear and tear
• Consumable parts or accessories not covered by the warranty policy
• Damage caused by improper storage, transport, installation, wiring, or handling

Eligibility

• This warranty upgrade must be purchased with the product or linked to a valid original order.
• This plan applies only to the original product and original purchaser.
• Warranty claims are subject to RoamEnergy review and approval.
• Replacement support applies only after the claim is confirmed as an eligible covered issue.

Important Note

This extended warranty is an add-on protection plan for PowerBridge Pro (Gen 2). It is not a standalone product and does not extend coverage to vehicles, home wiring, appliances, electrical panels, generator inlets, transfer switches, or third-party equipment.
